Mr. Prato’s application for licensure in Arizona was withdrawn in March of 2008. Why was it withdrawn?
Dino Prato AKA Santo Prato is referred to as doctor in his own July 2004 press release. A web search for “Dino Prato NMD” shows several different results containing: “Dino Prato, NMD, physician and director of this clinic located Phoenix, Arizona” which refer to an address on Shea Blvd in Phoenix, and date back to 2004. A check of his licenses in other states go back to 2006. Was Mr. Prato licensed prior to 2006?

Mr. Yousef Mansour
Dear Dr. Dino
It has been long since we last talked, I hope you are doing well.
There is a major development with Dendritic Cells, using Nano Technology, I am sure you will be happy to know about it from our lab director, we will have a greater product very soon.
Do you have any information about Mexico?
In either case, we need to prepare a cooperation agreement to start sending and receiving patients for treatment, where you will be incharge of getting the patients ready for application of cells (MSC, second generation, Dendritic Cells and NK Cells).
We will create the best protocol together.
Keep in touch.
Sincere Regards
Yousef Mansour
