We are the parents of children with brain tumors, and we are active in online groups where we share information and try to help other parents in similar situations.

Envita Natural Medical Centers came to our attention after a number of children traveled there for treatment of a particularly insidious and almost universally fatal form of brain cancer, diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma or DIPG.

Envita uses Poly MVA to treat kids with DIPG, at great expense to the families.

We have been accused by Envita principals of being associated with Amarc Enterprises, manufacturers of Poly MVA, but we are not. In our lay, non-medical opinions as parents of children with brain tumors, we do not feel that any form of Poly MVA has any medical value whatsoever in treating a diffuse tumor like DIPG. Even if you accept that Poly MVA crosses the blood-brain barrier and that it is effective against gliomas, DIPG’s are so diffuse and there is so little blood flow to the brainstem that we feel the chance of getting enough Poly MVA to the tumor are slim to none.

At the present, the only thing that has been shown to extend survival time of DIPG kids is radiation. There are isolated stories of DIPG survivors who were treated with investigational drugs, but other patients using the same drugs have not shown the same results.

There is to date not a single DIPG child who has shown a positive result attributable to Poly MVA.

One of the testimonials on Envita’s website is that of a girl with DIPG. The improvement in her April MRI was coincidental with the time that most kids show the maximum improvement after radiation. The girl has since relapsed.
